Qualifications:

  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the automotive OEM or supplier industry,
  • Ability to actively drive a vehicle,
  • Knowledge of Automotive Electrical & Electronics,
  • Ability to understand vehicle function and specification documents,
  • Preferably familiar with or open to technical development in the following tools and equipment:
    • Automotive Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, CAN_FD,
    • ADAS, Infotainment OTA, and Connectivity system features,
    • Knowledge of E2E Connectivity Validation activities,
    • Tools: CAnalyzer, CANoe, CANdela Studio,
    • Vehicle diagnostics knowledge (DTC, Routine, etc.),
  • Programming knowledge for test automation (CAPL, Python, C, C++, etc.),
  • Team player with good communication skills,
  • Willingness to self-develop and improve continuously,
  • Results/solution-oriented with problem-solving skills,
  • Project management skills,
  • Systematic approach to work,
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Job Description / Expectations:

  • Implement the electrical-electronic test plan,
  • Perform hardware (HW) and software (SW) validations of electronic units,
  • Conduct tests according to testing standards,
  • Develop test scenarios for software validation,
  • Execute test scenarios manually or automatically,
  • Manage the Open Point List (Issue List) with the company and design team, collaborating on issue management with the design unit and suppliers,
  • Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting activities for issues in parts and vehicles,
  • Develop new test procedures and design test benches when necessary,
  • Identify new test investments and support the quotation and purchasing processes,
  • Ensure alignment with developments in SW validation in collaboration with Stellantis test centers.
