Education, Experiences, Skill Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Mechatronics/ Automotive) (Master preferable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on design/evaluation experience of Electronics components prefer automotive electronics components
  • Experience in Automotive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Problem solving
  • Working level knowledge of Electronic System & Component Design
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural teams
  • Strong communication skills in writing and presenting
  • Good self-organization and analytical skills
  • No travel restrictions
  • Reside/Willing to reside in Bursa

General Role Reponsibilities

  • Positions will be responsible for the activities related to Electric and Electronic components for OEM.
  • Working with electric and electronic suppliers to ensure corporate requirements and specifications as well as industry best practice design features and processes, implementation for manufacturing, assembly, reliability, etc.
  • involves the evaluation, simulation and testing of supplier’s component design, to ensure the compatibility with the OEM requirement.
  • Plays a major role in the functional specification of electric and electronic components in the source package and is involved actively during the development phase of the vehicle as a technical expert of the component.
  • Additionally, these positions will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation outlining best practices supporting OEMs internal continuous improvement initiatives and the development of product technology roadmaps.
