Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Naval, Electrical-Electronics, or Automotive Engineering
Proficiency in English and/or Italian
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience in automotive product development
Knowledge of vehicle body and suspension systems
Familiarity with durability and fatigue testing systems
Understanding of various sensors such as accelerometers and strain gauges
Experience working with data acquisition systems and software
Knowledge of collecting road load data from field tests and applying it to vehicles
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods
Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate
Military service completed (for male candidates)

Job Description / Expectations:
Execute and report test requests from Body, Chassis, and Interior Design functions
Take an active role in the planning and execution of tests in collaboration with the project team
Establish and follow up on maintenance and calibration plans for existing test systems and equipment
Monitor and improve the correlation between numerical analysis and physical testing
